An 'assessment' is a collection of tests that may consist of behavioral tests and knowledge, skills and abilities tests (KSA test).

 

ProfileSense is an employee assessment tool created to provide HR personnel with powerful data to make the most accurate hiring decisions faster than ever before. Unlike current assessment products, ProfileSense adapts to your specific needs, allowing you to measure applicants against you 'perfect' employee.

 

HireLabs offer two types of tests in ProfileSense.

  • Behavioral tests
  • KSA (knowledge, skills and abilities) tests
 

KSA tests measure the knowledge areas and skill sets of the individual that are particular to that job position. Customized KSA tests reflect the industry dynamics and regional culture and trends.

 

Behavioral tests measure the behavioral traits of the individual. They follow the internationally-validated, self-assessment style of psychometric testing.

 

Our behavioral tests are validated following the international psychometrics validation process under a tight supervision of some of the leading IO psychologists such as Prof Howard Tokunaga PhD.

 

The HireLabs Test Bank has over 500 tests and growing. We continue to improve our tests based on the ongoing research and validation mechanisms at HireLabs.

 

ProfileSense uses Occupation DNA to recommend a list of tests that are most relevant to the job and allows the user to design the assessment by choosing the difficulty level of each assessment. As a result, every designed assessment is specific to the job it is being designed for.
