2002 - HireLabs lead researcher selected as a Milken Scholar

In 2002, our lead researcher was nominated and selected as a Milken Scholar, after which he pursued his post-secondary and graduate education at Stanford University, and conducted research at top-tier institutions including Stanford, Columbia University, and UCLA.

With research focused on process improvement, pattern recognition, and risk analysis, he was able to develop and implement outcomes-driven systems for use in a number of health care specialties, including neonatology and maternal-fetal medicine.


2003 - Behaviors of 1700 individuals were studied through which analytical models were developed

In February 2003, an initiative was launched to understand and quantify human behavior and interpersonal relationships based on individual personality traits and skill sets. The behaviors of 1700 individuals were studied though several controlled tests, through which analytical models were developed that quantified and mapped human behavior. Employees of Fortune 500 companies (including GE, JP Morgan, and Lehman Brothers) participated in these studies.


2004 - These models were utilized at the Foundation of Young Intellectuals. Filtered talent went to win awards at various film festivals.

In January 2004, these models were utilized at the Foundation of Young Intellectuals (FYI) to identify and invest in high potential talent at CUNY. Some of the talent that filtered through went on to win several awards and nominations at various international film festivals including Cannes, and the South Asian International Film Festival.


2007 - HireLabs was formed with a vision to provide today's HR industry with advanced and smart tools.

In 2007, co-founders Mohammad Subeh and Saleem Qureshi recognized the ever-increasing need in today’s HR industry for advanced and smart tools that can give HR managers a better sense of who is hired and how they will affect the company. Subeh and Qureshi set out to create HireLabs, a unique and innovative company providing analytical tools for hiring and employment decision solutions.
