1. When You Visit the HireLabs Inc Web Site

When you visit and browse through our Web site, we automatically gather and store the following information about your visit (that does not identify you personally):

1. Licensee shall own all data that it uploads to, or that is collected by, the System under Licensee's account.
2. Licensee shall have the sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, appropriateness, and intellectual property ownership or right to use of all Licensee Data.
3. Licensor shall not be responsible or liable for the deletion, correction, destruction, damage, loss or failure to store any Customer Data.
4. Licensor reserves the right to withhold, remove and/or discard Licensee Data without notice for any breach, including, without limitation, non-payment.
5. Licensee's right to access or use Licensee Data immediately ceases, and Licensor shall have no obligation to maintain or forward any Licensee Data in the event of termination for cause.
6. Licensee grants to Licensor a transferable, worldwide royalty-free license in perpetuity to keep and use all Licensee Data including, but not limited to, test data collected by the System, with the explicit exception of personally identifiable information such as name and address.

3. When You Sign Up For Our Products and Services

To use HireLabs Inc’s products and services, you must register via our Web-enabled online registration form. During the registration process, the following information is collected:

1. Your name, title, and company name
2. Your physical and mailing addresses, your telephone and fax numbers, and your email address

This information is primarily used to register you as a HireLabs Inc user and for future account management activities associated with your normal day-to-day activities.

4. When You Send Us an Email

We provide technical and pre-sales support through email. We include links to send us email on our Web site. If you send us an email message that includes personal information, we will use that information to respond to your inquiry. We will preserve the content of your email, your email address, and our response so that we can more efficiently handle any follow-up questions.
